Beehiva Homes engaged us to complete the carpentry works for a dual occupancy development on Fifth Avenue, Altona North. The project involved two single-storey homes built side by side on one site, requiring accurate set-out from both slabs and careful coordination to ensure both dwellings aligned correctly from the first stage of construction.

We started by setting out the slabs and installing the wall frames, working through the standard framing process from the ground up. Once the walls were stood and secured, the floors and roof structure were installed, followed by bracing and adjustments to ensure everything was aligned correctly. Windows and external openings were then prepared, completing the frame and creating a solid structure ready for the next stage of construction

Both homes were framed and brought to lock-up stage, with the structure completed and ready for the next stage of construction. The site was handed back to Beehiva’s trades clean and organised, with the carpentry works completed to a high standard.
