The brief
BDA Homes engaged us to complete the framing package for a double-storey home at Mels Place, Lysterfield. Our scope included the full structural framing works, from set-out through to completion of the frame.
How we built it
We set out from the slab and installed the wall frames, followed by the Posi floor joists, roof trusses, and required structural elements. The windows were installed as the build progressed, bringing the home through to lock-up stage.
The outcome
The double-storey home was completed from frame through to lock-up and fix, with the full carpentry package delivered for BDA Homes. The project was handed over ready for the next stage of construction.
