Blackshaws Road

Beehiva Homes engaged us to complete the structural framing of three double-storey townhouses at Blackshaws Road, Altona North. With three dwellings being built on the one site, accurate set-out and attention to detail were critical from the first stage to ensure each structure aligned correctly throughout the build.

We began by setting out the slabs before constructing the ground-floor frames. Once the ground floor was complete, the Posi-Strut flooring was installed, followed by the first-floor framing and roof trusses. The parapets and box gutters were then framed as part of the roof structure before the windows were installed. Each stage was checked throughout the build to ensure the three townhouses progressed correctly through to the next phase of construction.

Three double-storey townhouse frames completed, with the structures brought through the framing stage and handed over to Beehiva’s trades ready for the next phase of construction. The works were completed with all required inspections addressed and the site left ready for following trades.
